mussels for dinner!

tempted?? this is best served as an appetizer for dinner... the mussels were fresh and with a sprinkle of sea-salt & a dash of tabasco, they did wonders in your mouth!!!! Voila!

don't forget to squeeze a lil' bit of lemon juice into it! (for the extra 'kick') ;-p

Tom Yum @ Tom Yam?!

Tom Yum a.k.a Tom Yam is characterized by its distinct hot and sour flavors; especially when the broth is made of stock and fresh ingredients such as lemon grass, lime leaves, shallots, fish sauce, tamarind & crushed chili pepper just like the one served here (picture above):-

This is one superb tom yum talay (mixed-seafood tom yum) available at the Baby Seafood Restaurant!!! Enjoy!

p/s: we hv lots of calamari, prawn, pomfret fish (i guess) and oyster mushrooms... We had generous serving of the savoury broth too!!!
